How do I become a member of  CallFreak Rewards?
You become a member automatically after your first purchase. Why do you become a member automatically? Because this is a free CallFreak treat; we want to make sure that you are rewarded from your phone card purchases.

Does it cost anything to become a member?
No. There's no fee to join and no ongoing membership fees. Just make one  purchase per calendar year to continue your membership.

Who can join the CallFreak Rewards program?
The CallFreak Rewards program membership is open to business persons at least 13 years of age. Persons joining the program agree that they represent their business, and that by using this program, they and their business agree to the terms and conditions of the program.

When does my membership expire?
Your membership is valid as long as you make a purchase each calendar year. If no such purchase is made in a calendar year, your points will be cashed out and reward certificates will be issued in $5 increments. Any points remaining under $5 will be forfeited.

How do I change my contact information?
Sign in at www.callfreak.com, go to My Account, then select My Profile. Once there, you can add or update your e-mail address. To change your mailing address or phone number, contact our customer Services 1800-496-6320

How do I cancel my membership?
You don’t need to cancel your membership. If you spot purchasing CallFreak phone cards, you will not get points and you will not earn rewards.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?
CallFreak  does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. For more information, read our complete CallFreak  Privacy Policy.

Can my family, friends, business associates or employees use my membership so I'll earn extra points on their purchases?
No. Points are not transferable and are only valid for use by the person whose name is given upon registration.

What is my password?
Your password is your personal code that lets you access all the features of this site. This password will be sent to the email you have registered with us.

What if I forget my password?
No problem. Go to www.callfreak.com and select "Forget Your Password" My Account page. If you have problems, contact our Customer Service at 1800-496-6320 and we'll be happy to help.

How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Simply earn points by purchasing CallFreak phone cards online or through our Customer.
 
When can I begin to accumulate points?
You can begin earning points immediately after your 1st purchase. For example, when you buy a $10 phone card, you will automatically earn 10 points.

Can I earn points online or on CallFreak phone purchases?
Yes, you can earn points for your purchases at CallFreak.com as well as for phone orders placed with Best Buy For Business

How do I keep track of my points?
Sign in at www.callfreak.com  to check your points and account activity. Contact us if you have questions about your points or membership:

Why can't I view my most recent transactions?
Points may take up to three full business days to appear. If after three days they still do not appear, contact Customer Service at info@callfreak.com or 1800-496-6320.

What do I do if I think there is an error in my points?
Contact Customer Service at infor@callfreak.com or 1800-496-6320 for help.

Do my points expire?
Points do not expire unless you do not make a qualifying purchase within a calendar year. If no such purchase is made in a calendar year, your points will be cashed out and reward certificates will be issued in $5 increments. Any points remaining under $5 will be forfeited. If your account is terminated for any reason, you will forfeit all points.
Keep in mind that reward certificates expire 180 days after issuance. See the expiration date on each certificate.

What happens to my points when I return an item?
The points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What are reward good toward?
Reward can be used toward the purchase of nearly any product or service in any online or retail store of our listed merchants. You must use the reward on any product or service in an amount equal to the value of the reward.

Can I save up my points for larger rewards?
Every time you earn 50 points, we'll automatically send you a reward to use in any of our listed merchants retail or online store. You may save rewards and put them together for a larger purchase; rewards have no expiration date.

 
How long will it take to receive my reward certificate?
Once you have earned 50 points- or exceeded your selected threshold - allow approximately 3 business days to have access to your reward electronically. We'll then send you an e-mail message alerting you when your reward is available online.

What do I do if I have not received my reward?
Keep in mind that reward are available approximately 1-3 business days from the date you reached 50 points (reward level). If you have not received a reward after 3 business days, please call our Customer Services at 1800-496-6320.

Do rewards expire?
NO rewards don’t expire

What do I do if I lose my reward?
Lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

Can I receive my reward certificates electronically?
Yes. That is the only way we give away rewards. Just go to CallFreak.com then log into your Account > My Profile. There you will see a reward waiting for you.
We'll send you an e-mail message alerting you whenever your reward certificates are available. You will be able to view and print your available reward certificates directly on www.callfreak.com.

How do I select a reward? 
You will be given the option to select a reward after you search for the destination you wishe to call. After the search you will end up on the results page/card comparison page. On this page you will see 4 check boxes; you just need to check the box of the merchant you want the reward from. The user can only select one check box.

How to change the reward?
Log into your account and you will see 4 merchant check boxes; just re-select a new merchant check box. After re-selecting a new checkbox, your reward will be updated automatically.  Remember that you cannot change the reward after you have earned the reward; rewards can only be changed before the user has had access to that reward. We do this for security purposes.

Can I redeem my reward  online or on purchases made over the phone or retail stores?
You can always redeem your reward online and you will need you reward code; this code appears on the reward itself, so you will have no problem finding it.
